To provide our customers with the best quality and service possible, we have a clear cancellation and refund policy.
Any project begins with a comprehensive discovery/analysis and the creation of a scope of work document. It ensures that everyone is aware of the steps required to avoid project delays, reversals, or disagreements.
The work already completed is not eligible for reimbursement, since achieving each goal takes time. All completed work becomes the client's property upon mutual termination, and any payments made for additional work are null and void. Deposits or previous payments are non-refundable. Once the client accepts the mockup drawings and the project begins development, no cash will be reimbursed.
Phases of the project that have already begun do not qualify for a prorated refund. Cancellations are not accepted for services that our marketing team has provided for special occasions. These deals cannot be canceled because they have a set end date.
Web/app service packages cannot be refunded, but a written cancellation request received 30 days before the planned start date will be accepted. A deposit or payment cannot be refunded after 30 days of being abandoned or parked.
If the customer decides not to proceed with the project, they will receive a refund within seven days of making their initial payment.
